For your customers booking online; they have the option to provide the Seller’s agent, however you have to enable this feature in the options.
To add the seller’s agent to the online scheduler click on Settings and then on Office Settings. In the General Settings tab look for the first option:
Enable the “Display the seller’s agent step in the online scheduler.“
