We are pleased to announce Build 2846 of the ISN. This build is available for you now in your Inspection Support Network™. This release has a preview of our new dashboard, the new online scheduler and other features and updates.
Dashboard
The next release/build of the ISN will welcome a brand new dashboard system to your home screen. When you first login to ISN you will be able to configure "widgets" on your dashboard to deliver the information you desire from ISN. The new "home screen" will appear in the next release; however, you can preview it now by clicking on the Try the *NEW* Dashboard link in your Inspection Support Network™. Feel free to suggest widgets you might want to see on your dashboard and also check out the walk through video on the dashboard now.
Multiple Agreements
The ISN now has full support for multiple agreements per inspection. The ISN has always allowed you to send multiple agreements, however now the support has grown. The new multiple agreements system will walk your clients through all of the agreements they need to execute. Easily apply agreement requirements to inspection types, or services or even manually select them. It is completely up to you and the ISN will walk your client through the signing process of all of the agreements.
Online Scheduler
This Build contains the new online scheduler. This is the Internet-based scheduler which your client and agents use to schedule inspections from your web site. The new online scheduler not only supports endless options and configuration possibilities but also has a tremendously "rich" web experience for your clients. We are thrilled to release the new scheduler and look forward to it scheduling inspections for you! For more information on the scheduler visit this walk through video.
Agent Stats on the View Screen
You can now show agent statistics right on your inspection view screen. The agent statistics will show inspection counts as a buyer's agent and a seller's agent as well as the amount of revenue they have brought to your company. To see this new information click on Settings –> Office Settings and select Agent and Agency Information. From this dialog box select the option to show agent stats on the order form. Search by Full Names
The ISN now supports searching by full names in the ISN. Traditionally, you could only search by names such as first name or last name. The ISN now supports full textual searches for names based on your display names.
Order Action Menu in the Calendar
The "Order Action Menu" is the cool menu in the Order View screen which grants you access to numerous options for the specific order. We have now moved this order to the calendar! Keep those suggestions coming in!
Select the Payroll Report by User
The payroll report now gives you the option to select to run the payroll report for a single inspector or user. Additionally, you can still run the payroll report on the entire office.
