The Inspection Support Network™ allows you to easily access your information. You can download the information just as easily as you added it into the ISN. For example, to export your agents it only takes a few clicks of the mouse!

Sending a fax from your computer is a very simple process when using the Inspection Support Network™. Your fax must be a PDF file of up to twelve (12) pages in length. The entire process takes less than a minute!

It is possible to convert any file into a PDF by using a free program called CutePDF. A PDF is necessary when you would want to send a fax through the Inspection Support Network™, for example. In this post we will convert a text file to a PDF using a fresh install of CleanPDF.

Setting up the Online Scheduler requires a few steps. This video walks you through the necessary steps to get your online scheduler up and running.

You can new view quick agent statistics from the order view screen. This is available not only in the view screen but also the print screen. All you need to do to see the setting is enable it in your office settings.
