Depending on what type of device you are on and how you like to use drop down menus, the way the “out of the box” menu works might not be how you like it. Now there is a simple fix to stop the drop down when your mouse hovers over it.
Simply go to Settings then Company Settings, scroll down and check the box that reads Require a Click in the Main Menu of the ISN, and then Save Settings.
Now all you need to do to activate the drop down is click on the menu, or you can hold mouse over it for at least one second.
NOTE: This will affect all users of the ISN and not just your particular profile.
