Build 2667

Our team is pleased to bring you Build 2667 of the ISN which is already available in your ISN now. It updates a few items and adds several new features.

Credit Card Transaction Notification

Have the ISN automatically email you upon any credit card transaction. To activate this feature, go to Settings -> Office Settings -> Payment Options and check “Send a Summary Email when a Credit Card Transaction Occurs.”

Track Where Invoices and Agreements are Sent

Invoice & Agreement history can now be viewed from the order summary page! To activate this feature, just go to Office Settings -> Order Viewing Options and check the “Order Invoice History” and “Order Agreement History” options.

Invoice Improvements

Optionally control the content of the terms and hide the terms upon PAID. Optionally change when the invoice is due. When generating an invoice, you can now opt to select a different invoice template to send. To make use of these changes, head over to Settings -> Office Settings and click “Invoice Settings.”

Quick Agency Address Editing

Quickly and easily edit any agency’s address by going to Clients / Agents -> Agencies. There is a new, small edit button to the left of the agency address. Just click it and enter new information! You can also change the agency name by clicking on it once.

Buyers and Sellers Agencies on the order form

You can now directly associate agencies on your order form with 2 new controls: Buyer’s Agency and Seller’s Agency. Point your mouse to Settings -> Office Settings -> Fields/Controls. When you go to add a new control you will notice the new agency options.

Edit Inspections from the Broadview Screen

You can now quickly edit inspections from the Broadview screen before you send inspections to Broadview. This allows you to update phone numbers, check for missing information and update orders quickly from one location.

Send out multiple agreements

When clicking on “Send an Agreement” while viewing your inspections you can now hold down the ctrl key and select multiple agreements.

eProcessingPayment.com Gateway Added

We have added the eProcessPayment.com gateway to the ISN. If you use eProcessingPayment.com for your payment processing needs then you can now use the ISN to charge, refund and void card transactions.

Inspection Order Notes in the Order Form

You can now view the existing inspection order notes when editing an inspection order.

Clients can now print their signed agreement

A print button will appear after an inspection agreement has been signed allowing the signee to print it.

Quickly edit agents and clients

Now while viewing agents you can reassign an agent to a different agency. You can also update their name, address and phone numbers in just moments without ever leaving the page.

Downloading agents

Expand your ability to download agents to Excel by selecting to use the last modified date or the inspections they have been on within the selected date range!

Alarm Codes

We added more space for alarm codes. Now you can add longer alarm codes into your orders.

Authorization through VirtualMerchant and Authorize.net

The ISN now supports authorizing a credit card and automatically charging it at a later time through the VirtualMerchant and Authorize.net payment processors. To activate this feature, go to Settings -> Office Settings -> Payment Options and check “Use the Credit Card Authorization Process (AUTH).”

Optional Schedule Emails

By default, the client, agent and inspector will be emailed when a new inspection is scheduled online. You can now optionally have it so any one, or all of them will not be emailed. Just head over to Settings -> Office Settings -> Schedule Customer Options.
