Using Agreements with Multiple States

For those that do inspections in multiple states you may have to use different agreements for different states. The ISN supports this and it is as easy as setting up a new agreement.

The easiest way is to copy an existing agreement and then modify that agreement to fit the new state. Click the pencil to edit an existing agreement and then select HTML in the editor and copy the HTML. Once you have this copied go back to the agreements page and click on Add New Agreement. Click on HTML once more and paste the code for the agreement in the window. Edit the agreement as necessary to make it specific to the new state. Click Add Agreement and then click on the the red circle to make it your default agreement for that state.

There you have it, the ISN can now automate agreements for multiple states depending on the inspection address!
