We are happy to announce the release of ISN Build 2490 today. Over the next 24 hours Build 2490 will begin to appear in your ISN. This release adds new features, new reports and updates items you use every day!
Agents-from-Clients and Clients-from-Agents

Have you ever been looking at an agent and wonder who their clients are? Now you can find out by viewing the extended information of the agent. When viewing an agent you will notice a new button that saysShow Extended Information when you click on this you will see all of the inspections the agent has done with you as well as all of the clients they have worked with! If you are viewing a client you can also see which agents they have worked with!
Order Auto-Complete

Some of our inspectors do not complete their inspections using the "complete" feature or one of the numerous reporting systems that complete inspections for you. Not completing inspections will throw off the business reporting. You now have the option to have the ISN auto-complete your inspections any number of hours after you have completed the inspection. To use this feature click onSettings and then My Office Settings, select the General Options tab and scroll down to Inspection Order Options.
My Schedule

When you receive your nightly emails you will notice they are new and improved! They now include more information about the inspections as well as better mapping to your inspections including driving directions from your previous location! Additionally; you are now able to download and print a PDF of your inspection job list. Many of you have written in to describe the massive difference you see when you print with your different browsers and different operating systems. We fully understand – the different browsers (IE, Chrome, FireFox, Safari, Opera, and many more) each produce a completely different printout! We are as frustrated as you so we stopped this nonsense and created a PDF view for you! Over the next few months you will notice everything we create in the ISN will offer PDF views so it is always consistent! If you have any feedback on the new format please let us know!
By the way; interested in what browser we found printed "the best" for the ISN? It is FireFox by a long shot… congrats Mozilla for your great printing work!
Chose your own Email Template when Emailing Reports

You now have the ability to control what email templates you send out for your inspection reports. If you always send the same template; no problem at all; no change is necessary for you. If you want to control what template you use each time click on Settings,My Office Settings and then on Emails. From there you can check the box to control your own templates when you email out an inspection report! For those of you wanting to control your templates… here you go
The Monthly View GRRRRR

Have you ever been looking at one month and then click away from the calendar and come back and it switches back to "this month" and you thought…. GRRRRR why does it not remember where I was? Well… we have great news… the ISN now remembers! Thank you for letting us know about your "GRRRR" — if you have any GRRRRs please let us know so we can make the ISN better for you!
Inspection Type Report

If you record what type of inspection you are doing you now can grab a quick report of your inspection types. Quickly view how many different types of inspections you are doing over any given amount of time! What a great way to track how your different inspection types are being "sold!" If you are not able to view the Inspection Type Report by clicking on Reports and then on Inspection Type Report make sure you are tracking your inspection types and if you have questions on adding this to your inspection form(s) let us know!
Un-signing an Inspection Agreement
Occasionally you may have a client who needs to re-sign an agreement or a client who may have incorrectly used the signing system. Because we only offer one signature per agreement we created a way for you to essentially unsign [sic] an inspection agreement. If you have Owner access to your ISN you will see a new button when you view the agreement's signature. This new button will allow you to remove a signature and now the client may re-sign your inspection agreement!
