Our engineering team is pleased to bring you Build 2478 of the ISN. It has been over a month since our last ISN release and this build is a representation of all of the great features we have been working on! Our team is excited to introduce you to the following features and systems!
Updated Look and Feel

We have done a lot of research on how to make the ISN feel better and look cleaner in your browser! We have updated the ISN's curb appeal from almost every angle: the fonts, colors and graphs! We hope you enjoy the new paint!
Scheduled Inspection Reports
Easily run a report on the average inspections scheduled in a day. This graph will show you how many inspections you schedule on any given day of the week. Now you can see what was scheduled in the last 30 days and how each of the days compare to your daily averages. To view this graph click on Reports and then on Scheduled Inspection Reports This is an AWESOME way to see your business growing!
Updates to the Incomplete Inspection Grid

We added more columns to the Incomplete Inspection Grid so you can see more information about the inspections which are incomplete.
Recent Inspections Report

You can generate a quick report about your recent inspections (or really inspections from any time frame). It gives you an easy-to-use report for viewing and using in other applications (ex. sending cards or for getting information about your recent inspections). To use this new report click on Reports and then on Recent Inspections.
Monthly Calendar Updates

For those of you who use the monthly view of the calendar you will love this update: the calendar no longer "jumps" when it refreshes and the refresh occurs in the background so you will not see your screen "flash" when it updates. Additionally; a new pop-up box has been added to give you
information about the orders. The new pop-up box is considerably faster compared to the previous solution!
Click and Sign – Online Agreements

You are now able to send your clients your agreements 100% online. Clients can view and execute the agreements using just their web browser. You are able view, in just a click, the client's signature; when they signed it; how they signed it and even see a full PDF of the agreement with the
client's signature. Also, you can instruct the ISN to email you or SMS (TXT) you when an agreement is signed! For more information on the Click and Sign agreements watch our overview video!
Convert Clients-to-Agents and Agents-to-Clients

You can quickly convert a group of clients to agents and agents to clients if desired. If you ever upload agents or clients incorrectly this feature will help you convert them from an agent to a client or from a client to an agent. You will find this feature in the Administration menu. If you are wondering
when you would ever use this…
don't worry — you probably will not have to use this feature! It's like those features in Microsoft Word that you are glad you have but never use!
Faxing Agreements

Emailing agreements with the ISN is fast; now you can send out your agreements as a FAX quickly and easily! Click to send your agreement and notice there is a new faxing option; enter the fax number and the agreement will be faxed; including a fax cover page as well! Just another way we are attempting to save you time across the board!
View a PDF of any Agreement

When you are viewing the inspection grid you can now grab a PDF of any agreement in your system for any upcoming inspection. Click on the Agreement icon and then select the "View" tab. From there you will see an Option to "Download the PDF". This will let you grab and print a PDF of any agreement!
Automatic Notifications for Incomplete Scheduling

You are now able to create a email template and use this template to send automatic notifications to consumers who had started an order online but stopped. Now you can write an email to the client requesting their business… "we noticed you started to order an inspection online today but did not finish the process…." To setup this feature create an email template and then click on Office Settingsthen Emails and select your new email template to send to the client!
Custom Agent Counts
the Agent Grid there is now the ability to control how the inspection count(s) are created. There are two agent inspection counts: a count that shows the number of inspections over the life of your information on the ISN and a count that you can control! To adjust the "timeframe" of the agent counts click on Settings, Office Settings, select the General Options tab, scroll down to the Agent & Agency area. There you can adjust the time-frame used to calculate the agent counts on your Agent Grid.Set Inspections to Unpaid

You now have the ability to reset an inspection from the Paid status to the "un-paid" status. In previous releases of the ISN there was not a clear way how to "un-pay" for an inspection other than to call support. Now you can click the Paid check in the Inspection Grid to toggle the inspection between paid or unpaid. Note: Keep in mind if you use the Payment system on the ISN the payment check is controlled by the amount of the payments and not a click.
Google Calendar Sync

You can now sync your ISN calendar with any Google Calendar. You can even use sync it with your Outlook Calendar! Do you have a Google Apps or Gmail account? If you do you can easily Synchronize your ISN, Google and/or Outlook Calendar! To add your Google Account information login to your ISN and click on Settings and then on My Information.
Call Log

The ISN has added the first of many CRM (Customer Relation Management) features. You can now log calls using your ISN. When you log a call and associate the call to a client, agent or Inspection you will see the information about the calls when you view either that agent, client or Inspection.
View and Print Agents by Agency
From your Agency Grid you will see a new option to view all of the Agents in that specific agency. From the view screen you are also able to print all of your agents in a specific Agency; which is great to do before a trip to market at a specific office/agency location.

Order Grid Updates

The order grid received numerous updates in this release; you'll notice the "popup" boxes are all in cleaner and easier-to-read now. We realize this is where you spend most of your time on the ISN and we are always working to make the Order Grid faster and easier to use!
Email Event System Updates

The Email Event system received a complete re-design to support numerous features and the ability to see what emails were sent; when emails will be sent and full control of when emails will be sent. The new email event system allows you to place email events on hold and release the events when you determine. Also, the email event system has been designed to only send emails which are 100% appropriate; an email is only delivered if it is accurate within 15minutes. For example; if you schedule an inspection for today at 3PM; it no longer makes sense to send any 24 hours reminder emails. Instead these emails will be placed on "automatic hold" and the ISN will notify you with a yellow warning box. At that point you are able to release any and all of the emails to be sent. The new Email Event system gives you complete control of your emails! Also, look forward to even more control of the emails in upcoming releases!
Email Guessing in Sending an Email

When you use the "Send an Email" system in the ISN it will attempt to guess the email address you are entering from all of the email addresses you have in the ISN. Just start to enter part of a name or email address and the ISN will attempt to guess the address for you!
Canceled Inspection Reason – Converts to an Inspection Note

When you cancel an Inspection but later "un-cancel" the inspection the system will now place the "reason for cancel" as an inspection note in the Order. This allows for complete tracking of the order's history right from the order notes!
Use any of your inspection controls as a replacement value

If you have added your own controls to the ISN you now have the ability to use their values as replacement values in an email template or email container. For example; if you store a Grocery Award Certificate number as a specific value or maybe a Gate Code you can now use them as replacement values in an email. To figure out what the values are for the replacement click on Settings and then on General Settings and then on Inspection Fields/Controls. Next, if you edit your controls for a specific section you will see the custom replacement values. We will have a video on this feature soon… stay tuned!
Home Page Update for Search

We have updated the home page of the ISN to allow you to quickly search for Inspections, Agents, Clients and Agencies right from your home page.
Charge by the Mile?

Do you charge your clients a trip fee based on mileage? The ISN now supports these type of fees. Click on Settings, then on General Settings and finally on Fees per Mile. Fill out your fee structure and then click on Settings, General Settings and then on Inspection Fees. Now assign one of your Fees to the Mileage fees! That is all it takes to assign you mileage fees to your orders. Note: this feature is also being added to the online schedule system and is currently not supported on the online/public scheduler
Where do my Referrals Come From?

At a glance you can see where your referrals are coming from. Click onReports and then on Referral Reports to see a graph depicting where your referrals have come over a time-frame you decide! An awesome way to see where your business is coming from in a graphical manner!
