Build 2749

The ISN team is glad to announce the release of build 2749. We've updated the order view with a new, light weight menu, added more replacement values available to your email and calendar templates and more! All of this will be available in your ISN within the next 24 hours.

New Order View action menu

We've replaced the buttons on the view order page with an easy to use drop down menu that organizes all the things you can quickly do with the inspection order you are viewing.

Un-cancelling an inspection now clears any signatures the inspection had before it was cancelled

Upon bringing a cancelled inspection out of cancel status, the signature(s) on file will be removed, enabling your clients to re-sign agreement(s).

Have the Agent Grid show you the agent first and last names instead of the display name

You can optionally have the Agent Grid show the agent first and last names instead of the display name. This allows for sorting by parts of the name instead of the whole. To activate this feature, head to Settings -> Office Settings -> Agent & Agency options.

Several new template replacement values available

New replacement values are available to all ISN email and calendar (including Google) templates. Feel free to copy and paste them:

Additional client field options available in the advanced order downloader

The advanced inspection download tool now allows for more client information to be mined. You can now pull the client's address and phone numbers into your spreadsheets

Order completion, payment and signature statuses

An order's completion, payment and agreement signature statuses are now shown when viewing and printing an order.

Add an attachment when sending an email

When you send an email by way of Email -> Send Email, you can now attach a file! Please note that there is a size limit.
