Many of you have accidentally added two agents who are the same person; this is easy to do if you are moving through your order process quickly (or if an agent changes their email address and uses the online order form with their new address). Now there is a way to merge multiple agents into a single agent. Click on Clients/Agents and then on Agents; look for the Merge Multiple Agents button and you can merge them down.
